How about running startx, or modifying the script to see if boot time was within X of the current time (seeing if this IS boot, or some other time), or maybe (I don't run xdm, or any display manager for that matter) you could just pass an arg to xdm to make it start. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
