This was fixed in the vmware overlay ages ago. You could blame the devs, although I wouldn't, for not getting it into the stable tree before the 2.6.25 kernel went stable. Now trying to get VMware to work with 2.6.26, I wish it wasn't so good, then it would be much easier to switch to VirtualBox :( -- Neil Bothwick If you think that there is good in everybody, you haven't met everybody.
