You know that such a list already exists. It is /var/log/emerge.log. To
get useful information out of it app-portage/genlop comes handy.

genlop -u mktemp
 * sys-apps/mktemp

     Sat Mar  3 18:14:30 2007 >>> sys-apps/mktemp-1.5
     Tue Dec 18 01:37:31 2007 >>> sys-apps/mktemp-1.5
