The first 4 results are administrative polygons...
The town only appears on rank 5.
I suggest to sort the results by priority or relevance, to show an
important placename such as a town before an administrative zone.
PS I mean, do you really know many users of geodata in the real world who
wants to get an administrative before a town ?
