Search of the POI on the osm.org does not return building address if POI
is located on the Building boundary.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open osm.org
2. In the Search field type "МТС, Чернигов"
Expected:
Search returns node with following text: "МТС, 45, Myru Avenue, Chernihiv,
Деснянський район, Chernihiv, Chernihiv Oblast, 14000-14499, Ukraine"
In fact:
Search returns: "МТС, Myru Avenue, Chernihiv, Деснянський район,
Chernihiv, Chernihiv Oblast, 14000-14499, Ukraine"
