I meant that the data in Nominatim will only update when a node is edited
(or sometimes a street nearby or a surrounding boundary), yes. To clarify:
I did not mean that you should make bogus edits on all nodes just to force
Nominatim to reindex its data. There is a reimport of the database planned
in the near future which will solve the issue planet-wide.
