Hi Albert,
I might be interested. Anything to get a bit of awareness in high
places. The ignorance of danger is staggering, up to PM level, see
below.
Cheers,
John

P.S. Here's a bit from Hansard, from the PM, where I've added a
comment:
Ian Taylor
(Esher & Walton, Conservative)
As my son is serving in Operation
Panther's Claw,
it would not be appropriate for me to comment on that. However, I say
on a personal basis that I profoundly hope that the Prime Minister's
assurances are right.
On environmental issues, can the Prime Minister tell us what the global
warming
has been in the past 10 years? Can he say whether the real impact that
we have to look at is that it is not all man-made and that carbon
dioxide and methane can come from natural causes? I am not a denier of
climate change, but would not the money be better spent on measures to
prevent rising sea levels and other such issues?
Gordon Brown
(Prime Minister, No Department; Kirkcaldy & Cowdenbeath,
Labour)
First, let me say about those serving in Afghanistan
that we owe them a huge debt. These are very difficult times. Operation
Panther's Claw
was never going to be easy. This is an important summer not just for
Afghanistan but for the security of the whole region. We are therefore
indebted to those who are making the sacrifice and giving service not
only in Operation Panther's Claw but throughout Afghanistan.
As for climate change, over the past few years there
has been a rise in temperatures from the trough—
Ian Taylor
(Esher & Walton, Conservative)
By how much?
Gordon Brown
(Prime Minister, No Department; Kirkcaldy & Cowdenbeath,
Labour)
Probably
by more than 1° C. At the same time, we want to prevent a situation
whereby the rise is above 2° C. All the expert predictions that we have
seen suggest that by the year 2100, without taking action, the rise in
temperatures would be in the order of 6 per cent., which would make it
very difficult for some countries to be able to survive in the way that
they are doing at the moment. The need for action is urgent, and the
agreement that we should recognise this as a problem is worldwide. The
question is whether we can get an agreement at Copenhagen, and I hope
that we can all strive to do that as quickly as possible.
Presumably
he means 6 degrees, not 6%. It would be almost impossible for
civilisation to survive 6 degrees, if you look at the climate change it
would produce, as projected by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate
Change (IPCC). And there would be a mass extinction of land and sea
creatures, on a par with the greatest mass extinctions of geological
history.

Dear Indianice Members,
His Honourable Ronald Momogeeshick
Peters of Geecheemanitou has suggested me/Indianice to join the meeting
to discuss all kinds of prospects and projects to Present to the former
US President Bill Clinton. (I already mentioned to Hillary Clinton
that I would meet her husband in September as a part of looking at
First Nations' projects and we would raise the matter there.)
I suggest, Indianice put forward its
best expert team to states. Geoengineering Group will also feed me some
contributions.
I suggest Indianice team is me,
supported by 2 experts, plus Jim for BBC:
Jim McNeill should
join me to make a news report for the BBC about meeting with Bill
Clinton. (BBC is a major news company.) Jim is familiar of
the UN-ignored UNGA 101292 request that the North American First
Nations' People made under the auspices of the World Indigenous Nations
Summit as its closing plenary investigation request to the United
Nations' General Assembly.
Pano Kroko from the
Environmental Parliament Group is an expert of Hopi Native history and
folklore. Pano also met recently Bill's Vice-President, Al Gore.
Therefore, his presence at the meeting brings a good succession to the
earlier meetings that have laid down the foundations for the American
government to recognise and seriously investigate the American Native
people's histories which appear in form of folklore and stories of the
various past events, but never systematically studied with a scientific
testing to interprete, data-validate or dismiss a failing American
Native histories, rather than blanket-dismiss all of them as myths.
During the UN - World Indigenous
Peoples' Summit in Alaska in April 2009, Pano obtained reassurances
from the United Nations' General Assembly President for a novel climate
change risk class under the heading: "Paleofuture Climate Change
Risks". This novel climate change risk class, which the Environmental
Parliament secured, accommodates the North American First Nations' (and
all other aboriginal nations) native histories, "lore", into a broad
international effort to understand the glaciation of the "ice age" and
the period of "global warming" that followed that 'ice
age'. Paleofuture research aims to rediscover the precise meaning of
the First Nations' lore in its geophysical settings, this then helps us
today to know more about future impacts of our present-day climate
change in a situation of a newly resumed (anthropoogenic) global
warming inducing event reoccurrences.
Paleofuture research recognises the
value of the First Nations' native histories, "the lore", and this will
also help to empower and build self-respect of the world's indigenous
people as recognised contributors for the cumulative of the world's
history-writing at full parity with the rest of the world,
i.e. Egypt where native lore and materials have long been basis to test
historic hypotheses.
Paleofuture research on
the (anthropogenic) global warming induced reoccurrences of the ancient
'lore' events is a mutual win-win to everyone. This finally resolves
the traditional histories to study and test their historicity in a
broader research framework what His Honourable Thomas Bancancya (the
tradition-keeper of Hopi Nation) and His Honourable Oren Lyons (the
tradition-keeper of the Six Nations) requested from the United Nations'
General Assembly with the full backing of the aboriginal summit.
The details of UNGA 101292 are to be
seen on my Facebook / Profile / Photos / Albums / World Indigenous
Nations Request to UN General Assembly / main page + 15 photos
(including articles). These cover sections UNGA 101292-1 and UNGA
101292-2 only. The sections UNGA 101292-3, UNGA 101292-4 and UNGA
101292-5 are to follow. With substantial work left with UNGA 101292-3.
The third person would possibly be Larry
Vardiman or some other expert from their laboratories, pending
availability. The reason is that their in-depth geophysical modelling
and issues relating to Milutin Milankovic glaciation forcing history is
more in depth than mine. The ground tomographic work could bring Kalle
Kaukonen / Eigenor explaining algorithms and test issues for ice
tomography. Julie Petrik is our link to some specialist
divers and organisations at ultra-deep sea floor diving work and
experiments, if required. Paul Rose and Philippe Cousteau
could also be invited to come to meet President Bill Clinton as
figureheads and being famous nature documentary producers, although
Paul would need to give full feedback to Philippe as what is being
discussed.
Professor Sir Ghillean Prance and
Professor John Mitchell from the UK Meteorological Office
Climate modeling chief scientist could be brought into meeting through
teleconferencing, or with supportive letters from them why First
Nations lore deserve full study.
I am open for suggestions who is the
best person to sell the 16 year old skeletons from the United Nations'
cup board to Clinton, but I am certain that the First Nations' people
themselves are the best advocates of the matter when informed and
familiarised. Thus, I do not see any way better than Ronald's
invitation to get the First Nations' matter moving ahead in the UN's
Secretariat.
Pano reminds, the Copenhagen process
requires our proposal by mid-August. Please provide your feedback,
asap.
We are meeting with former President Bill Clinton
in Sept. to discuss all prospects and projects. We would like you to be
there.

Hi Ronald,
Do you have and date and time being fixed for me to check my diary if I
could make it there? I will also discuss with my advisors and
colleagues, one of them saw just recently Al Gore, any possibility that
Clinton and Gore would both be present as my associates know and met
him recently.
For the Copenhagen, deadline of proposals is 26 August, I have agreed
to assist the Environmental Parliament Group to put forwards a proposal
that Paleofuture Climate Risk Class gets recognised. It refers to
perceived reoccurrence of ancient events associated to ice age and the
global warming that ended it, and the potential of them reappearing now.
Influential Geoengineering Group also makes suggestions how to prevent
climate warming to become runaway event. I would also like to see more
indigenous peoples recognition and in particular the tradition or faith
keepers and bring their ancient recollections into Paleofuture research.
What strikes me is that aboriginal people's ancient recollections
should be seen as a resourse, not as an inferior hindrance and
distraction.
I have seen so many beautiful things brought from the past by First
Nations people, i.e. the hill where native American's run to safety
when the immence post-ice age glacial lake "Lake Agazzis" bursted its
banks and drained into St. Lawrence. Entire world was effected by the
event, yet, this site has not been included on the UNESCO's World
Heritage Site list.
As per UNGA 101292 and every other scheme instigated by the United
Nations for the American Indians, is based on stipulated inferiority
and subserviency, not that the native people are recognised or
empowered themselves in any way.
Recently UN labelled a conference on empowerment of Native Americans in
Canada as its perennial frozen waterways melt open. The empowerment
called natives to be trained for operating oil drills and in correct
loading of oil tankers. What kind of empowerment is this? How many
Inuit or First Nations run oil ships or oil rigs. These are extremely
capital-intensive mature industries fully controlled by Texans and
powerful business elites that own them based in Washington DC or New
York, or Dallas, or Houston. How UN can empower American Indians if
there are already fully matured Microsofts in oil industry that have
operated the last 100 years? Why we can't tell UN it is a bunch of lies.
UNESCO's parameters for "important" First Nations sites are always
pre-determined by the White men's own criteria:
i.e. 1) has lots of gold been recovered from the site, then site
"qualifies" for UNESCO's heritage list; 2) has Amerindian real estate
and property been recovered or on site 3) has the site indications of
permanent agricultural settlement, corn or potato growing.
In each case it is the White men:
1) gold went to Spain, how many North American tribes were after gold
jewellery or gemstones, not many - thus atypical criteria
2) most (if not virtually all) white men were never
nomadic people or hunters, thus UNESCO's primary criteria for good
Amerindian sites based on urbanisation and real estates are rather
uncharacteristic to most tribes 3) potato and corn became adopted food
of white men, many North American tribes did not involve themselves
with such agricultural practise, what about the meat and products of
American bison or other game that were important for the hunter
societies for very long time, instead of potatoes (fish & chips) or
corn (popcorn & corn flakes).
Everything good the United Nations do or tries to do has a white
flavour, a sort of milk chocholate rather than the original product.
If you can get your folks helping to challenge these things to
President Clinton, then I am willing to come but if it is not based on
level talks where the equality of both parties with their different
experiences of equal value is recognised, I or none of my people are
able to come. Othewise, I can just start to talk to the walls of the UN
General Assembly like Thomas Bancanya and Oren Lyons did some 16 years
ago, with World Indigenous Nations Summits closing pleanary
investigation request going to litter bin as soon as the lights were
turned off from the UN's Main Assebly Hall.
