Hi! One lazy way of keeping track is to subscribe to RSS feeds from news aggregators with the search word "geoengineering" (because of the way search engines work I believe that should also cover "geo- engineering"? Someone correct me if I'm wrong). Google and Yahoo will give you an overview of what's in the news.
Google: http://news.google.com/news?ned=us&hl=en&q=geoengineering&um=1&output=rss Yahoo: http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/rss;_ylt=A0WTTkhalGhKuv8A1QbQtDMD;_ylu=X3oDMTA3MTBsZGZsBHNlYwNhZG0-?p=geoengineering&c=&ei=UTF-8&eo=UTF-8 I'm sure you can subscribe to individual newspapers if they're aggregated. You can also go to Google News and Yahoo News to search for older stuff. Hope that helps!
