The first segment is an opportunity to hear for the first time in public since Asilomar from Mike MacCracken (I believe) and also from Dan Sarewitz on the NCEP effort. The question there: how to set up a research program in the US and internationally. The second panel will ask: what role should geoengineering play in international climate policy.
