The Law on Climate Engineering

Despite growing evidence that anthropogenic climate change
is actually happening, global progress to reduce greenhouse gas
emissions has proved elusive. The 2009 Copenhagen Accord
and its follow up in Cancún do not provide confi dence that
the actions required to avoid the potentially severe impacts of
climate change can be achieved in time…
