1. Thanks for the alert on the Rayner talk. His accompanying slides are a
nice compilation of issues related to SRM. They can be found at
http://www.oxfordmartin.ox.ac.uk/downloads/events/5-Geoengineering.pdf
2. As near as I can tell, he is not talking much about CDR. The term
"biochar" is never mentioned - although he does briefly mention a few other CDR
options.
