The viability and environmental risks of removing carbon dioxide from the air must be assessed if we are to achieve the Paris goals, writes Phil Williamson... Can somebody explain what exactly is the 8th CDR technology cited: "*Cloud treatment to increase alkalinity*"? *Alkaline rain resulting from cloud treatments reacts with, and removes, atmospheric CO2.* Are there scientific publications on this CDR proposal?
