Jharte: Thanks for the brief calculation- I thik Dan's point was that while uptake of CO2 Henry's Law scaling would apply for a negative delta T , the dissolved carbonate equilbrium would change only slightly because of the large molar mass in the water column relative to CO2 in the atmosphere.
What's cautionary about the draconian economic implications of the Paris treaty is that unanticipated consequences of the Versailles reparations treaty proved globally political rather than locally economic.
