Hi Eduardo
To convert normal channels to assay channels select the channel right mouse
click and select 'Attributes' the assay information dialog box appears,
where it says 'class' type in ASSAY. There is currently no automatic way to
do this, so you will need to carry out the procedure for channels that you
wish to make assay.
Alternatively can I suggest that you import the data through
ChemImport/Import assays, even if you have X,Y position information as well
as Assay data. That way all assay channels will automatically be assigned an
assay class.
