Don't know if this helps but you can manually edit the *.ply files with a text editor.

I have some questions about Oasis Montage 4.3, 5.0
1. Does anybody know how to draw polyline without clicking a mouse
i.e. polyline copies every movement of the mouse? This means is
presented in MapView for DOS.
2. Can I somehow edit (move, delete) a particular vertex of a polyline
or polygon?
