Dear Technical Support:
I finally received my new
Dell 1 gigahz machine. It came with Windows ME. When I installed
Oasis Montaj 5.0 from the CD a few things went wrong. My hard drive uses
FAT32 but several of the installed files such as dxf_fonts.ini were truncated to
dxf_fo~1.ini so the program complained about the file being missing or
read-only. After awhile I rounded up several such files and fixed their
names. I subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled 5.0. The test
version (without licence) seemed sort of OK but when I installed the red disk a
few parts of the test version upper menu bar actually disappeared. I
couldn't manually load the OMN's very well. Only the MAGMOD and PGW items
appeared on the task bar and not many of their menu items were
available.
Any suggestions on how and
when I can transfer Oasis to my new machine with ME? I have attached the
action.log file for your info.
