With version 8.3, the resourcefiles directory containing the gx, bin, ger,
and omn subdirectories has moved. The USGS OM80 files need to be moved
into the new subdirectories.
I have modified the readme file to reflect this change. I have also
updated the usgs_igrpt gx (new coefficients) and the usgs_eulerave gx (more
consistent results between grids in meters and kilometers and a new
parameter controlling the number of solutions). Access the files through
the report page: http://pubs.usgs.gov/of/2007/1355/ .
