OpenDRI: Request for input The Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) initiative began in 2006 as a global partnership to help developing countries reduce their vulnerability to natural hazards and adapt to climate change. The goal of GFDRR is to significantly enhance the capacity of priority countries to make better decisions about risk reduction and sustainable recovery. In an effort to provide practitioners and decision-makers with better access to data and analyses, the Open Data for Resilience Initiative (OpenDRI) was born based on the free and open source software tool, GeoNode. In order to take advantage of recent experiences with GeoNode, we are conducting a redesign of the tool.
We’d like to offer you the opportunity to participate and provide valuable input. The project team has produced a survey questionnaire designed to solicit input for the redesigned site. Whether you have extensive experience using the current tool or very little, your input is extremely useful for us. We estimate it will take you approximately 20-25 minutes to complete the survey. We would appreciate your response before than March 10, 2012. Thank you in advance for your participation. To begin the survey, simply click on the link below, or copy and past the entire URL into your browser: http://geonode.org/2012/02/geonode-user-survey/
