here you go [1], if you reproject it to WGS84 decimal degrees it will
upload just fine, if you try it in its current projection, it will fail.
Also fails if reprojected to Web Mercator

I'm trying to get my university to standardize on GeoNode for a local SDI,
but a few little problems like this are making them leery
