Doing more research on this issue I realized that it only happens when adding more than one layer at the same time. So steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new map. 2. Add more than one layers. 3. Save the map. 4. Reload the map to edit it. 5. Change anything on the map configuration and save. It raises the error.
