Hi Bart, First, are you using makefile.vc for GEOS 2.2.1 from my website? Second, are you trying to build with this makefile.vc GEOS 2.2.1 or GEOS from CVS? I think there may be some files missing from makefile.vc or some files redundant. Simply, this makefile.vc needs to be updated I'll take a look at it in an hour or two.
