.h.vc files are not automatically generated, if you get correct versions there that's due to hobu commits. Since we need to run ./autogen.sh and ./configure to use the 'make dist' rule I guess having the .h.vc files created by ./configure (or a dist-hook) is a viable solution. Win32 volunteers ?
