Add support for using Freemarker templates (as in vector layers) with coverage
layers during a WMS GetFeatureInfo request. This would allow the user to
control the query output format from a point query on a raster layer. The
template should provide access to five special variables endemic to raster
layers:
*) The value of the raster at a point (or nearest point) should always be
available
*) If the image is colored in RGBA, there should be a variable for the value
for each band
