Import states into Oracle, then issue the following:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wfs?typename=topp:oraold_states&VERSION=1.0.0&SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetFeature&BBOX=-127.6,23,-64,50&srsName=epsg:900913
The result will be a query failure because the srid of the encoded bbox does
not match the native srid.
