Make it so that adding a feature type and clicking the 'kml' link in the map
preview page gets workable regionated kml with no extra configuration. In
particular:
use random sort for point data, geometry sort for all else
make the default feature limit a Google-Earth-friendly 15 instead of 50.
make the KML link on the map preview page use the superoverlay view by default.
