Add a filter in the UI, refresh, the map gets updated, some elements disappear,
but when clickling on the filtered out features, you still get back a response.
(try with states and CQL_FILTER -> PERSONS > 10000000).
Adding the CQL_FILTER=PERSONS>1000000 directly in the URL shows GetFeatureInfo
works if the filter is properly set.
