Add a separate bulk delete page to the workspaces/stores/layers pages

The page would be linked form a "batch delete" link. It would contain the same
layers that the main page shows (same filters), with no links in labels, and
with a checkbox on the side, pre-checked, to confirm delete.
The user would be able to unckeck a few items if he wants to, then press a
button to actually batch delete the selection. A confirmation dialog is in
order, especially for stores and workspaces, to show how many stores and layers
the opeartion would remove. (either that, or have the UI show multiple tables
with the whole predicted set of to be deleted items)
