Use IndicatingAjaxLink where possible
-------------------------------------
Key: GEOS-2846
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2846
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Wicket UI
Reporter: Andrea Aime
Assignee: Andrea Aime
It's the kind of link that pops up a rotating circle to make it evident the
server it's doing something and the user should wait. Normal ajax links don't
do this and a long wait might be misinterprepted by the user (which may click
again and again)
