I could not run cite tests on this one because of various problems:
- the readme is missing, but can be copied over from the 1.7.x
branch
- the h2.sh script depends on a "snapshot" version of h2 whilst
gt2 trunk (and thus the jdbc-h2 datastore) depends on 1.1.104
- the sql script requires the spatialdb in a box jar, which is not
part of any dependency anymore (I notice only because I wiped
out my OS recently so that jar is no more on my disk).
The jdbc-h2 datastore provides replacements
- after fixing all of the above, the data dir still does not start with
NPE during startup failing to override the schemas
I'm attaching a patch that fixes all of the above minus the final NPE.
