DataAccess New/Edit page uses a combo box to select the data store's namespace
whenever the datastore factory supports a {{namespace}} parameter.
The fact that currently workspace names match a namespace prefix is incidental,
yet the data access edit page allowing to select both the workspace and
namespace may be confusing, as the workspace seems like a namespace prefix and
the namespace combo only shows the ns URI's.
Having the namespace combobox items showing both the ns prefix and the URI
makes it clearer
