Hi everyone.

I just committed a patch to port the new (service) installer to 2.0. I've
verified that it works (I can get to the admin screen on my system at least),
but haven't tested how well it works. Artifact is uploaded to SourceForge.

I've got a bunch of ideas on how to improve this installer, and hopefully soon
I'll be able to devote some time to it. Until then, if it didn't work for you
in 1.7.5, it probably won't work now. :)

Thanks,
Mike Pumphrey
