There were a few errors, but I hit Enter through them all. Without looking
into it, I think the errors were due to a few images that start with a .
(".a1.jpg") .
I'm using Sphinx 0.6.2, and pdflatex version: "3.1415926-1.40.9 (MiKTeX 2.7)"
(darn you Don Knuth.)
