Overall I think it's a good idea. I guess we could use .br for the front 
page and pt where the language is more important than the location.

It should be pretty easy to do, make a simple template for the front 
page where we just replace a few variables, and move our existing blog 
to WordPress MU so that the maintenance doesn't increase by a ton when 
we add more instances.

I'm not sure we can easily do br.geoserver.org with Confluence, so we 
may have to to geoserver.org/pt (focus on the language) for that 
component, or maybe we don't need Confluence at all.
