Hi Mathew,
great to see that you have added support for EnviHdr at geotools level.
If you want to share with us your code we will take a look on it and we will
include it in geotools.
About the ENVIHdr ImageWriter plugin, adding it to the imageio-ext plugins
should be a feasible task in a short amount of time. If you wish to do it by
yourself, I can surely provide you some guidance lines.
