"Compute from native bounds" should implicitly fire "Compute from data"

Right now, if you haven't run "Compute from data" and you run "Compute from
native bounds", nothing happens. Which makes it looks like Geoserver is broken.
But actually if you click in sequence, first data, then native, things work
fine. So, Complete from Native should, if no natives are available,
automatically fire Compute from Data.
