Hmmm... strange. I have no idea why it would be pointing there... I 
wonder if that happened during the switch over to relative externals.

Well when we did the initial wfs 1.1 compliance postgis was not around 
for jdbc-ng so I decided to stick with h2. But yeah now that postgis is 
in and we have a verified configuration we should update the docs to use it.
