One thing that would be nice is to have gwc integrate nicely with the
virtual service stuff. Which currently it does not.

Basically we would need to be able to access gwc through a workspace
grouping... so something like:

   /geoserver/topp/gwc/service/wms
   /geoserver/gwc/topp/service/wms

etc... where when accessing via this url one would only have access to the
layers in the topp workspace.

Not sure how hard that is to pull off... just thought i would bring it up
for discussion.
