geoserver deletes wrong layer if two layers have the same name in different
workspaces

Here is the way to reproduce the problem.
1. I created a new workspace 'test'.
2. I created a layer identical to nurc:Pk50095 in workspace 'test'
3. I deleted the new layer test:Pk50095 but in fact the layer nurc:Pk50095 is
removed
It seems as if geoserver just chooses the first layer with the given name
without taking the namespace into account.
