Some shapefiles contain features that have invalid (null/infinity) coordinates.
When imported into geoserver, this causes the minimum XY coordinates for the
layer bounding box to be calculated as -infinity,-infinity. Maybe these
features should be filtered out of bounding box calculations, or removed
entirely if importing into PostGIS via the REST API?
Attached shapefile contains 2 points with this problem.
