there are a lot of differences between the legend decoration and the
getLegendGraphic image. I refactored the LegendDecoration to use the
getLegendGraphic feature to include a solid legend. now the user is also able
to use legend options like fontSize and more. in addition i made some
improvements on the getLegendGraphic component to generate real symetric legend
examples (1 pixel difference due to Path2D drawing in java)
