With the resolution of GEOS-4460, it is not possible to configure most aspects
of an embedded gwc tile layer.
It contains hooks to automatically configure parameter filters for the STYLES,
TIME, and ELEVATION parameters, yet it is not possible to add parameter filters
for any other WMS parameter.
