Traditionally for RC1 ot be released we need to pass all the CITE tests. This is because RCs are supposed to be turned right into the final as-is unless something seriuos pops up. However the cite tests are still not running on Hudson (http://hudson.opengeo.org/hudson/view/cite/) and I believe Justin is still working out the failures and waiting for at least one review (my bad, will do it tomorrow).
