The very spirit of time boxed releases is that we never have to rush a last
minute fix because it can be done next month instead
of dragging the release for months and months because there is always "yet
another last minute fix/feature".
If this is not blocking the majority of users let's do it for 2.2.1
If there is doubts I guess we should re-discuss GSIP77
