I tried to build with -PcommuntiyRelease and some modules do not build.
First I kicked out "dbconfig" and tried another build.
The next problem is World Wind (dds).
After I kicked out dds, the next problem is script-py
I am giving up now, I see no chance to execute all the builds to bring in
GSIP 91
