Looks like the builds went okay (thanks for the care and feeding of the
geoserver project there Andrea!) I am waiting on a geotools change from Micheal
(who is waiting on PMC to vote on a change request) and then I am good to start
the release train.
Amazing co-ordinated effort all around (personally did vote on remaining
proposals, but did not always add to the email conversation, I am also removing
Mark from the confluence template since he has stepped down).
