A couple of points if I may:
- Define PSC. I'm guessing its not "Project Star Chamber"; probably
"Project Steering Committee"?

- When stating GeoServer is the reference implementation - might it be
worth specifying which versions of those protocols its the reference
implementation for? I.e. Wikipedia says "Rasdaman" is (candidate?)
reference implementation for WCS 2.x with GeoServer being for WCS 1.x.
