My pyramid currently has layers 0, 1 and 2. When I create the store the geoserver indexes the pyramid layers, the filenames in the index shapefile for level 2 are truncated - they are missing the first n characters, so geoserver can't find the images:

location (String) = 008_20_RGB_RECT_001_187_317_092.tif

Here's the same record produced separately by gdaltindex:

location (String) = 2227DD_20_2008_20_RGB_RECT_001_187_317_092.tif
