Description:

Two related suggestions. Currently its possible to set Cache Expiry headers on a per-layer basis.

1) The ability to do this on a per Layer Group basis.

2) The ability to set a universal (default) value, either on the WMS settings page, or the "Caching Defaults" one (or both, as they're likely to have different caching needs).
As with other settings, the per-layer / per-layergroup setting would take precedence over the unversal one if it's set.
