Review of importer code, some hiccups that can be fixed later, Andrea indicate
it is close to extension status (given previous QA in OpenGeo suite).
TODO:
- BLOCKER: headers <-- need justin? ... or any OpenGeo staff
- FIX: documentation? opengeo has UI docs, but nothing for REST, links to
GeoExplorer etc..
Q: how far until RC?
A: 13 days ... so it is going to be close!
Q: GeoSolutions Importer?
A: Had less functionality, but covers a few gaps (inner tiling and overviews,
directory of GeoTIFFS). So expect a second pull request from Andrea with a
merge (but after 2.5.0 since it only adds functionality).
Q: Will the above need API change?
A: Should not require many modifications ... so expect it can be added to
stable. May want a sanity check with Justin.

- in general it is a bit fragile (layer rename, restart, etc...)
- recommend UI or REST API or respect the Reload button
Q: Is the Reload button realisitic for RC?
Q: Priority issues for graduation?
A: the following:
- BLOCKER: NPE - put a placeholder file in that results in an empty catalog?
- BLOCKER: Change/edit the mapping file without restart GeoServer (Reload
button is the low bar)

- prefix name into the mapped metadata (ie topp in topp:states)

Q: Freeze? Actually everyone is adding features still .. in order to make the
release more exciting
