I`m trying to modify some layer´s properties on GeoServer (vers.2.4) using

Using GeoServerRESTPublisher you can use the follow method to configure the
layer:
public boolean configureLayer(final String workspace, final String
resourceName,
final GSLayerEncoder layer) throws IllegalArgumentException;
